Who this is for
Anyone who would rather not unplug everything and carry it somewhere, and anyone whose problem only happens at home: the Wi-Fi, the printer, the TV, the family video call that never works.
What a visit looks like
I arrive when I said I would, sit down with you, and start with the thing that bothers you most. Fixes happen in front of you, explained as we go. Notes are left behind for the things you want to remember.
The fee rule
Visits are billed by the hour, one hour minimum, then half-hour steps; evenings and Saturdays cost the same. No trip fee on Amelia Island or in Yulee. Callahan, Hilliard and Jacksonville have a trip fee, and anything farther I quote first, so there are no surprises. Household plan members pay a lower rate.
