Some problems only happen at home: the Wi-Fi, the printer, the TV, the video call with the grandkids. Those get fixed where they live, with you sitting next to me.

A set time. I arrive when I said, and text if traffic has other plans.
Your most annoying thing first. Then the list. Bring your questions written down.
Fixes in front of you. Explained as we go, notes left behind.
Bench work if needed. Anything that needs parts comes with me and comes back, usually within a few days.

All of Nassau County. A house call here is a drive, not a dispatch. Mail-in from anywhere in the United States.

No trip fee on Amelia Island or in Yulee. Callahan, Hilliard and Jacksonville have a $30 trip fee (none for household plan members); farther than that, I quote the trip first.

Pricing

House calls and bench work are billed by the hour ($125): one hour minimum, then half-hour steps. Evenings and Saturdays cost the same. A typical visit is one to two hours; you know the rate before we book.

Need a new computer? I recommend one that fits what you do, you buy it, and I set it up and move everything over, billed by the hour. No markup on the computer, and its warranty and returns stay yours.
