Call me first
Something looks wrong? A pop-up, a call from "Microsoft", a text from "your bank". Call me before you click, pay or call anyone back. Members go to the front of the line.
Remote help included
I connect to your computer while you watch, fix it, and you close the helper when we're done. No meter running. (Within reason: a big project becomes a visit.)
A lower rate for visits
When something needs a house call, members pay $100 an hour instead of $125, and no trip fee for Callahan, Hilliard or Jacksonville.
A short report every month
One plain-English email: everything's fine, or what needs attention (updates, backups, disk space, warnings). A small helper on your computers makes this possible; you always see when I connect.
