One guy. One phone number.
True Trust IT Support is me, Peyton. That's the whole staff, and that's on purpose. You talk to the person who fixes your computer, the same person remembers your setup next time, and nobody has to translate between a front desk and a bench.
The shop is my home bench in Nassau County, Florida. No storefront to pay for, so the price is the work, not the rent. The work happens by appointment, by mail, at your kitchen table, or over the phone.
Asking costs nothing: tell me what's going on and I'll tell you what it will likely cost. Once I've looked, you get a firm price, and nothing gets worked on until you say yes. If it isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you so instead of selling you a repair you'd regret. I don't look at your files beyond what the repair needs. Before work that could put them at risk I save a backup of the drive on my own bench, offline and never uploaded, and delete it within 30 days after you pick up.
What you can expect
- Plain words. If a sentence needs a glossary, I rewrite it.
- A price before the work, and a message before anything changes.
- Honesty about when a machine isn't worth fixing. There's no upside for me in a repair you'd regret.
- A ticket number and a status page for every job, so you're never wondering.
- You get my number, and I'm the one who answers it, usually within the hour.
Not sure what it needs?
Tell me what the machine is doing. I reply with a price or a question, usually the same day.
